Meet Our Founder

Hola, I’m Milena! After more than a decade of owning an interior design studio in Canada, my family and I relocated to the Free State of Florida and are proud to call St. Johns County home.

My background in business management, finance and interior design allow me to bring a unique blend of creativity, attention to detail and organization to every project. With an innate eye for color, I’ve built a career on the belief that color is the foundation of every great design. Handled with intention, it can transform any surface and elevate any project. That is why Limewood Painting & Design was established, to offer professional painting services for the design-conscious client.

When I’m not creating, I enjoy traveling with my husband Max, a 20-year law enforcement veteran, and spending time with our children, Caleb and Alexia who bring joy to our lives and continue to inspire us to pursue a life that is intentional, purposeful and grounded in our faith.

The Limewood difference

We believe that painting is an integral part of the design process where the right color and quality craftsmanship come together to elevate a space. When you work with us, you are engaging painting professionals led and guided by an interior design team. By bringing execution, design expertise, and material sourcing under one roof, we simplify the process and deliver a seamless, concierge-level experience from start to finish.

Let us help with your interior/exterior painting, cabinet resurfacing or interior design needs!
